Shuttle service is provided to and from the airport. Proceed to courtesy phone located in the baggage claim area and dial Sixt from the courtesy phone or call directly at +1-317-853-3922. Our shuttle will pick up passengers in zone 3 of the Ground Transportation Center (GTC). The GTC is located just across the street from the baggage claim area. Specifically, zone 3 is designated for rental cars and airport parking when facing the other rental counters in the GTC, please proceed out of the sliding doors to your right and proceed on to zone 3.

Debit cards are not accepted for local renters* at airport locations. Debit cards with available funds may be accepted at select locations at Sixt's sole discretion with two forms of government-issued ID, and only if one of the following conditions are met: (1) The renter presents a return airline ticket or roundtrip itinerary upon pick-up made at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up date, that coincides with the drop-off date and location. Non-local renters with a debit card cannot rent any Premium, Luxury, Extraordinary or Specialty vehicles, with the exception of Pickup trucks and Vans. Customers travelling internationally, whose debit card is issued in their country of origin may rent any category vehicle except for Specialty cars. You can only use Debit cards if you are renting the following car groups (Economy, Compact, Standard and Full Size). Debit cards with available funds may be accepted at select locations at Sixt's sole discretion with two forms of government-issued ID, proof of a return airline ticket or roundtrip itinerary upon pick-up. Debit cards are not accepted for long term rentals (long term rentals are 28 days rentals or longer).Debit cards are not accepted for local renters* at airport locations. A local renter* at a downtown locations can present an original and current utility bill which matches the name and address on the Driver's License of the renter. Photocopies, printouts, digital images (digital format can be accepted provided that the source of the document comes from the official page; e.g. FPL site), or overdue bills are not permitted. Local Renters* with a debit card may need additional documentation and can only rent Vans, Economy through Standard sedans, Compact through Intermediate SUVs and Pickup trucks.

Fuel policy

Your vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel. To avoid incurring fuel charges you will need to return it full. You may be required to leave a fuel deposit reserved on your credit card that will be released when you return the car full. Missing fuel will be charged on your return along with an administration fee. The price per litre charged by the rental agent may be significantly higher than the price at the local service station.
