After retrieving your luggage, proceed outside of baggage claim to the sidewalk in front of the terminal. DO NOT cross over to the tram, or middle median; turn right on the sidewalk and walk to the end of the terminal, where the green and white TAXI sign is located. Behind the TAXI sign, there is a glass-enclosed waiting area. Give us a call at (808) 707-7029 when you are in the glass-enclosed waiting area, and we will send a shuttle driver to meet you. Our office hours are from 8am-4pm daily.

Debit cards are accepted from airline arriving customers with a round-trip ticket. Driver’s License and credit/debit card must be in the renters name. Debit cards will be authorized for a 500.00 USD security deposit, plus the estimated cost of the rental. Unused Deposit funds taken at time of rent will be refunded through your bank or payment card processor after the vehicle is returned. Due to bank processing, it may take up to 14-days for refunds to appear back in your account.
